How does the drawing follow the script?
The script is split into scenes at its natural breaks. Each scene gets a drawing of that specific line, in the same style as every other scene, so the video holds together instead of looking like a set of unrelated illustrations.

How is the pacing decided?
Timing follows the narration rather than a fixed template, so a line that needs a beat gets one and a list does not crawl. Length follows the script instead of a slot you have to fill.
